Too much depression, too much down in the mouth, too much mulligrubs in the lives of believers today. It’s as if saved people have forgotten their saved! Truly the problem isn’t based in a lack of knowledge. In all reality, the diagnosis is as varied as there are the number of believers. It could be they are in love with this world, which will rob their joy and sustainability in this life. It could be they are looking at self instead of looking unto Jesus.
We have all we will ever need in Christ. What exactly does it mean as a believer to be “In Christ” though? Good question. It’s all encompassing, really. I thought this post I would give you just a glimpse of what all you get by being a believer. Maybe some old-fashioned opening your Bible, and seeing for yourself what God has granted you, by grace, may help. Take out your scripture and look these up. At minimal, just see from the lines provided what you have… In Him.

Isn’t that awesome?! God has been, and will be good to His children. You got quite the package deal when Jesus saved you, didn’t you? Paul said in 2 Corinthians 5.17— “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” Live every day in the light of His glory, it may cure the mulligrubs.
